  • Hi just wanna say tt piece of urs is a great source of inspiration for me! I'm in the works to build some terrains to battle with my son using humble plastic army men. Once again keep up the awesome work!

  • @HairulFazli Awesome man! Get those little ones hooked early on!

    Thanks dude...

  • Demand: Tutorial!

  • @pinglauwa It's on the way... Need to finish off some projects which are almost finished then I can start working on another one of these. I hope to start vids for it by December if I'm lucky...

  • @BlueWarGaming Awesome! It's a really great job. Looks like it's straight out of a factory GW 60 pound box. (As in, it looks amazingly awesome) Also, I like that you tried to make "real" buildings instead of the usual Gothic buildings. If I had the choice benwteen this single building and that massive pack you can buy from GW where you get like a church, factory and another building. I'd choose this.

Also, keep the porno music coming. Totally gonna collect it to a "greatest hits" Hehe.

  • @pinglauwa Thanks dude! Really appreciate the encouragement!

  • @cartystoke don't forget to send those pics too!

  • @cartystoke Sweet dude! I can't wait to move out of this apartment and into something bigger. I'm dying to make a full board like that. It's not too hard to loose that gothic feel but still keep it dark. The red bricks help the most but try adding in greens and browns beneath your grays. Most gothic feeling terrain has blue and black undertones. Rusty steel and old wood can really help too...

I'm making terrain now and have about 4 hours of footage to edit, hopefully have a vid up soon...

  • @cartystoke Thanks dude!

  • im thinking of doing some thing similar for my A level art, this has been great for some ideas :) thanks for uploading

  • @RogalDorn69 Wow, sounds cool dude. Hope you get an A! I would like to start working on some terrain soon. Need to get some minis finished first. Feel free to PM me with any questions you have while building it.

  • @BlueWarGaming Ok will do, still a bit till i start this new project. thanks :)

  • It is beauty! What you used for the mesh on the building?

  • @HQBunker Thanks! The mesh is something called nanny weave or granny stitch. It's used to teach people how to embroider (?I think) it can be found at any art supply store in sheets like paper for about $1 or so each.

  • That looks really nice man keep going and you will become very big! take care

  • @TheWarTower Thanks dude!

  • That looks like an old comic book alleyway nice work .Please do some Tips and how to videos. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it Kool and Real Peace!

  • @DEMONJESTERJ Thanks dude. I will work on some how-to's and the like. Maybe I should just build another! =P

  • you should make a board

  • @WarGamersof40K I do plan on it one day. With a huge apartment building, factory, etc for the centerpiece. That will cerrtainly have to wait until I get out of this small apartment.

  • Amazing

  • @WarGamersof40K Thanks dude.

  • Incredible looking piece. No wonder you won. Congratulations! I love the flooring, the shading is delish! So much detail in the build, good on you for taking your time and investing so much love into the project. It really shows!

  • @asjarra Thanks bud. It was arduous but well worth the end results.

  • looks really good looking forward to more how to's from you . Thanks

  • @TheSeasonman1 Thanks.

  • That is a great piece, rely good job mate.

  • @Wortiger Thanks dude.

  • That is just stunning work! I am a detail guy and that gave me my detail fix for the day!

  • @Generalsplatton Thanks for the encouragement dude.

  • This is looking awesome, all the ideas you've put in this terrain piece. You definitly have to do some how to's i am full of curiosity and jealous on your talents ;-)

  • @Arbornoctua Thank you... Anything particular you would like to see made in a tut?

  • @BlueWarGaming feel free in your choice, everything welcome. As i mentioned, there are so many techniques used in these build that are interesting so i welcome every tut. I personally like to watch how things come to "life" and learn. Take your time, i'm very patient. I thing it would be great, not only for me, to discover some techniques i haven't thought of before. To take an example, how do you do the wall section at 1:59 and what material do you have used?

  • @Arbornoctua All walls were made from insulation foam board. I'll work on some how to's for ya! ;)

    Thanks again!

  • Sweet! Fantastic paint work on that! I love the roof tiles. How about a tut on those? :)

  • @terrainoob Tut for those won't be difficult at all. The entire roof was made from a 4sale sign and the paint was easy! I'll try to throw something together for you soon. Thanks for the compliment bro.

  • Fantastic terrain. Post more!

  • @gaughknee Thanks!

  • if i dident say it befor on the forum great work. one can certainly tell that you have a knowledge of construction by the way you built the building, the walls in particular. very realistic

  • @emtyach Thanks dude, yeah... just a bit of construction knowledge;)
