It is hard to see what you are doing on my netbook- I can see your hand and needle but quite where you are going back through, can't see itl. Close up would be nice.
@orcamum Try using a big eye needle, I find they work great with smaller beads like the 11/0 seed beeds. The whole needle actually opens to thread it and keeps the thread in place so it doesn't slip out. I use it for almost all my bead weaving
@Misa2783 I have tried this but as the line folds and becomes double at the point of passing through the needle it doesn't fit through the hole and the only line I have found to fit when folded because of the needle is the kind of sewing thread that's invisible. However this is too thin and the beadwork becomes too soft and not as sturdy as I'd like it to be.
@orcamum What kind of thread are you using, and if it's Fireline what is the weight?
Fireline is very strong and I have found that it's not needed to reinforce as much when it's used. I have been working with it for a few years now and nothing I've ever made has ever broken and I never have any issues with the needle not fitting through even seed beads multiple times.
@stellinaxx70 Hi, I am glad you like the ring, it was published in BeadStyle magazine and you can purchase the pdf for it, it is called Stack of Sparkle, in Bead Style go to the website to order it. Karla

If you click on the full screen button on the tool bar (far right) it should be much easier to see.
