It's actually illegal to feed any bird of prey spices in the wild, unless you have the proper permits. Your meant to call your nearest fish and wild life office and they will come and pick it up.

2. Kicking him is not a smart idea. He'd sink his talons so far through your leg, and it'd hurt like hell. Believe me, hawks have extremely powerful feet and talons.
