low push moan to start, then push your tongue up, "uhh, huh" into the call. That works great too. Triple would be "uhh, huh, huh"
I've been messing with this for a bit. High moan followed by a triple that goes from high to low sounds bad ass. Hard for me to hit constant, but when done fast and followed by a quick spit, it really ads some flare.
