U should really do your research on ur own. But a few quick examples: Liberals want 2 reduce the time new Canadians spend in Canada (to 3 years from 10) b4 they can collect a Canadian pension. So they don't need to contribute to CPP, they just get another free handout from us hard working Canadians. I think not. And if u didn't know the Liberals are SOFT on crime, u don't know much about your party. Young offenders act ring a bell? U really need to get educated b4 u vote.

John Stewart is fine in his own right, but he really isn't as proactive as Mercer is when it comes to comedy, because while Stewart has a team of writers and millions of "informed" twenty somethings to laugh at whatever the fuck he says, Mercer has a FAR lower budget and a FAR smaller and more attentive audience to please.

So yes, Stewart is more popular - of course he is, but yes, coming from someone who watches the Daily Show AND the RMR, Mercer is funnier. End of Story.

I hope Michael Ignatieff doesn't cause an election. There will be a low voter turn out and the result's will not represent public desire. He doesn't have the support to become prime minister yet and the conservatives will get another minority. Jon Stewart is considered a comedian in far more countries than the US. Like Canada. Like Great Britain, where critics there wonder why they can't create shows like that on TV anymore.
