Are you kidding, Marty? Your "people" work at the behest of Wisconsin's citizens -- i.e., citizens hire you and thus have every "right" to determine the terms of your employment. This determination is made *indirectly* via the election of public officials who act *directly* at their behest. The citizens -- i.e., the employer -- are finally fed up with the public sector unions for mercilessly gouging the system for decades.
