Ouch what a terrible thing. I see it as a horrible accident that may have been done because the police were stupid or mis-trained, it could cost them their jobs and it should. I have personally experienced police brutality, I was beat'n while I was unconscious, for being intoxicated. I needed medical treatment, but I was taken to jail where I convulsed due to the beating. Nothing was ever done about it because nobody recorded it. This happens more then you know. There is still a large presents of police brutality in America, and we need to take a stand against it.
That is why I have posted this video. For every one video of police brutality that surfaces online there at least 15-20 undocumented incidents that happen every month. Thank you for posting that comment.

Just for reference, in Arizona you do NOT have to remove unpaid for merchandise from the store in order to have committed the crime of shoplifting. Arizona Revised Statute 13-1805,A5B1(sorry, not sure that's the right way to write that) only requires that a person, "Knowingly conceals on himself or another person unpurchased merchandise of any mercantile establishment while within the mercantile establishment." to have committed shoplifting.

First, READ THE FUCKING DESCRIPTION he was SUSPECTED of trying to steal. Actually, he was freeing his hands to rescue his son, and to possibly keep from being hounded himself. Not only had he not left the store, He was also complying with the officers. Now if you look closely at the start of the video, there's a puddle of blood and he's out cold. HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT. No crime was commited here by this man.

Just for reference, in Arizona you do NOT have to remove unpaid for merchandise from the store in order to have committed the crime of shoplifting. Arizona Revised Statute 13-1805,A5B1(sorry, not sure that's the right way to write that) only requires that a person, "Knowingly conceals on himself or another person unpurchased merchandise of any mercantile establishment while within the mercantile establishment." to have committed shoplifting.

Ding dong, you're wrong. The law doesn't state that at all. This is private property and the owners of the store can deem theft as they see it. Private theft is described as "Concealing" an item. You can put a toothbrush in your pocket and stand in an aisle and still be arrested for shoplifting.
Also, nothing in the video shows any force of violence. We just see a guy with a bloody face. Even the guy at the end of the video states that he wasn't even thrown hard.

2. We didn't see what happened.
3. The guy at the end of the video stated that the police didn't even take the guy down hard.

The action in which he should have taken was tell the person to stop and state that he was a police as well as try to stop him without injuring him as much as possible but if the guy has serious medical attention because of this he can definitely sue that policeman for taking such action.
