I am not sure but I think you might be talking about the Protector armor by fans projects that is still in the works just confimed today that it will be coming out in 2010 and it is desinged to make him look more like Rodimus Prime and it is only the prototype image which kinda does make him look like a bus so that is probably it
does anyone no if there's a version of him with the thing in alt mode that makes him look kind of like a bus?
