I was trying to do the coal crusher thing but that the dispensour would be activated by a presher plat that would be pushed by the object pushed by the piston so you had to put somthing in it. But if some one already put somthing in it it wouldint work untill it despawnd. Is there even any way I could fix that at all?

Hello, look at your coal, now back to mine, now back at your coal, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped using vanilla Minecraft and switched to Bukkit, it could look like mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're in the middle of nowhere with a piston. What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's a block of coal ore. Look again, the coal ore is now diamonds. @sheaofleaves124 The 'lift/elevator' that the coal is thrown on is two pistons. One visible above (the crusher) and one hidden below (the false floor). They are controlled by the lever. An inverter (a redstone torch on the side of a block) reverses the current to one of the pistons (so that one piston is always extended and the other is always retracted). The button is simple linked to a dispenser and piston that face the lowered false floor block. That's all it is :) Very, very simple :)
