AoF3 was horrible dude. Get passed the updated sprites and the gameplay is so bad. AoF2 is where it's at. That was ace. Aof3 had too many juggles, long combos and ground juggles to make for cheap damage and cheap wins. Almost as bad as Marvel vs Capcom 2's infinite combos.. anyways

Agree to disagree that is. I always like the series combo system, and particulary AOF3`s fluid animation that you didnt had in any 2D game at the time.

Altho, yeah, AOF2 is more raw and packs more punch, if thats what one is more into.

AoF 1 and 2 are shit, I agree. But this game is actually pretty fuckin' good. And despite it's age, the graphics make that hogshit in XI look like it's from the 8-bit era.

And don't even fuckin' hate on Fatal Fury, nga. Fatal Fury 3 holds up to this day as one hell of a good 2D fighter. I got bored of HD Remix in about an hour. Shit is plain as wonderbread.

Seriously - XI is an unbalanced, broken, and therefore totally overrated piece of shit. NGBC was better because its game engine is much more balanced than KOF XI. Plus, it is actually possible for low-tiers to consistently defeat high-tiers in NGBC.

And one more thing, pretty much ALL of the juggles/infinites you saw in those NGBC combo videos are damn near IMPOSSIBLE to do during competitive play.
