@redlineGT, the idea is not to use all these move but to teach the skill into apply any of these hand movements as necessary. This is a drill to help with real combat designed to deal with attacks by mixing up the different hand movements.
nice vid too many movements while your opponent is throwing one punch though...what if he is fast or faster??. i try to play with my drills...for every movement i make i anticipate my opponents next...
i like the explanation but i feel he should have also shown someone who is a beginner to wing chun the footwork and bridging the gap but other then that very educational.
Up to 4 movements to deal with a single strike..

Great. There is a Bruce Lee vid on youtube showing Bruce did the same fast pak, tan, punch all in a second.
