when it comes to supersets,..do you do 4 sets of the workout with as many reps as planned then move to the next workout and do it, or do you do them AALLL then repeat the entire process 4 times?
Hi Epicus regarding your question supersets verse muscle building workout...
Depending on what type of supersets you are performing and my preference is compound and compound its really the time you save and it promotes muscle difinition and work out is done in half the time of a normal workout, you keep the same weights for all 3 sets, Also requires a little bit of cardio fitness,the disadvantage....does not promote strenght or power because you are not overloading
imagine u do this workout in the gyme, u'll look like an idiot, i think these kind of workout u can do if u got ur own gyme or if u have ur own P. TRAINER. no way i'll do that in a gyme by my own, especially when the gym abit busy
dude im not gonna start a flame war but u seemed 2 be worried about what others will think about HOW U LOOK instead of just doing ur workout. u comment made u look a tool. ive been a competitive boxer for 6 years and i would use that workout for fight prep with longer intervals. u can do this workout ESPECIALLY when the gym is busy cuz u dont need a lot of space and dont have 2 wait on equip/d-bells. grow some balls and stop worrying about how cool u look.
the only way to do this workout, mr boxer!! is to build ur own gym and move ur fuckin ass around alone, unless u wanna be trampeled by some people while u doin these kinda of workouts, i had an experience in those bullshit workout, by the way im karate champ since i was 6 years old, superset means u have to use multi machines, its ok to do it in some excerises , but again like this, its just bullshit coz people wouldn't stand for u waiting for ur ass to move everytime

The only advice i can add is do it the all natural way if you want it to stay off. It has to be a lifestyle change not a quick fix you know? Don't do any crazy diets and don't starve yourself, keep it it 4-5 small meals throughout the day and excercise at least an hour daily, just light excercises to get you started untill you develop a routine. Also start doing 10 pushups/situps every hour if you can of cou
i think you mean love handles, there is no such thing as target fat burning. no matter what you do your body will use fat from whever it sees fit. there is no excersise that causes u to burn fat in a certain area.
Certain people can do targeted exercise because there metabolism cuts fat very quickly. And with targeted training they get small muscular results in that area.
But the problem with targeted training is that it is luck driven and not the best method to invest in.

i think you mean love handles, there is no such thing as target fat burning. no matter what you do your body will use fat from whever it sees fit. there is no excersise that causes u to burn fat in a certain area.
