I live JUST down the road on Courtland street, so I always go here with my friends, mostly during day though, we're paranoid kids XP

FYI it's not an old orphanage, it was a silent movie house. My great grandpa helped build it and has pictures of it when it was actually a movie house and not a bathroom. >_<

@AshleyBrightEyes It was probably an orphanage before it was a silent picture house. Its not exactly the ideal shape, or location for a silent picture house. It was probably many things over the years.

basically the main door in front is a room where they store materials to dink with sprinklers and fix anything in the bathrooms

@GregLee63 I don't want to say it was a ghost just because it was a ghost hunt and there have been reports of strange activity there, but I did not make the noise, and saw no evidence of an animal, sprinkler or anything. It was fairly loud and mysterious.

I've never found anything out there but animals, homeless people, and teenagers getting a head-change, but usually I'm the only one there.

PS: No worries about the fuzz. If you are friendly to them they'll let you continue to hang out there. They're more concerned about vandals than anything.

Looks like fun, I'll see if I cant go there too later on. I am not afraid of the idea of ghosts, they are as real to me as fairies and unicorns. What I am afraid of and do know exists are 1, people/squatters, and 2 the law.. I hope I do not get into trouble.

Well weather or not it was a Ghost the sound was real, maybe an Animal, who knows? we didn't see anything though. It scared the crap out of my friend, made me laugh.

Its very close to Spokane Community College. If you go north on Freya and turn right on Euclid you'll see it- hard to miss.

Umm I don't know where the climbing area is at all. I've only been in this part of the park. this is right off Euclid though I think

If you listen on the video, right before my friend freaks out something jumps out of the bushes... neither one of us saw anything, but it was very loud and sounded big. When we were running and looking back it sounded like running behind us in the grass but nothing was there.
