  • I probably should have watched this being haphazardly trying this, lol.

  • can you tell me where you got your oil blend or what brand it is? thanks

  • it might be the first time i see such healthy relaxed hair. Im natural and i swore not to put any more chemicals on my hair but your hair is gorgeous... Keep up the good work sista. Oh and i assume this treatment would work like a charm for natural hair??

  • This treatment is awesome. I started having breakage and I am still not sure why! I tried the molasses treatment and it stopped my breakage instantly.

  • @healthtycrownofglory to put my products in?? well..b/c plastic is..well..plastic..it absorbs things..and i don't want to have any residue in say, a cup i drink my juice in..lol..glass and metal bowls get cleaned better

  • Hey how often do you do the molasses treatment??? or how often do you reccommend doing it??

  • @blaqueonyx like once every two weeks

  • This is very informative , girl I just ran to the groceri store a minute ago to buy my molasses. I already have all of the oils and can't waite to try this method. Would you happen to know what is the difference between the carmel treatment and your treatment? are the results the same?

  • @blissfullyme1980 lol..thanks :-)..i think the caramel treatment is meant to make straightening the hair a bit easier..and the molasses is meant to treat the hair

  • I might try this. Does it need to be black strap molasses? I have molasses but not the black strap one. Is there any difference?

  • @MrsToddSmith1 hmmmm...good question..i really don't know...sorry

  • @MrsToddSmith1 Blackstrap molasses are more organic and less refined.

  • how often can you do this?

  • @duracin78 once a week

  • Oh sweetheart i recycle my bags too, I don't care if i got 30 bags... i usually have about that too lol

  • @Ellexis88 lolol

  • looks delicious :)

lmaoo your hair is sooo pretty :)

  • thank you :-)

  • what brand do you use for the flax olive sunflower oil blends?

  • it's called 'heart shape'

  • Where can i buy it?

  • at any food/health store..i've even seen it in winn-dixie

  • You have nice pretty long hair. Are you natural?

  • thank you..no, i am relaxed

  • great video, i will defiantly be trying this treatment!!

  • thanks..good luck!

  • I use the caramel treatment often and with this a little bit of ACV is added to the mixture. This is done because the molasses can leave mineral deposits on the hair

  • oooh..good tip! thanks

  • you're welcome

  • Can you do this treatment with Organic root Stimulator hair mayonnaise?

  • ummm..idk..i don't see why not though?

  • hey chinablk...could u use thisas often as you want or in long moderations

  • you can use it as often as you do your normal DC treatments...the molasses has been harmless...so far

  • im going to try this thanks for sharing

  • you're welcome..good luck!

  • I like that treatment. It looks very moisturizing....I'm in awe of the ingredients!

  • oooh..glad you like!

  • Hi, I wanted to know where I could get these products?

  • hello..you can get the molasses from any food store

  • you get get molasse at a dominican grocery store

  • iz diz good 4 relaxed hair?

  • yes..i'm relaxed

  • Thanks very much for posting vid. I notice alot of little hair on my shirt so I want to try it but I wanted to make sure the steps. you just rinse out and then condition not shampoo right. Or does it matter?

  • ypu're welcome..thanks for watching! you can either shampoo or condition it out..whichever you feel like doing

  • better use it after a shampoo

  • thanks for this video :)

    it's really helpful

  • no prob :-) ..thanks for watching!

  • I posted the results after the treatment in my Update vid. Please take the time to view. Thank you so much. Have you done a vid on blow drying?

  • yay! gonna take a look..no..i don't really blow dry

  • Thank you. How do you dry your hair?. I have been air drying, for a month now. Is blow drying on cool air safer then hot/warm air?

  • no prob..i mostly airdry..either in plaits for a braid out..or tied down for a bun..i guess on cool would be harmless

  • I'm experiencing shedding or breaking. Not to sure which it is. So I'm trying this treatment today. I'm going to do a vid to show my results. Thank you

  • shedding is from the scalo..you'll see a little bulb at the end..good luck!!

  • Does it matter if it's Blackstrap molasses? I can only find regular molasses at my grocery store.

  • i've only used blackstrap..it's supposed to better..i think it's unsulphured..something like that..you can find it at a health food store

  • The regular molasses I have is unsulphured too. I tried it last week and it worked soooooo well. I will be doing this once a month from now on. Once I run out of the regular, I'll try the Blackstrap....see if I can tell a difference. Staple technique.

Thank you so much for posting this video.

  • ooooh...thanks for sharing!! shoot..that saves me a couple of bucks! lol..glad it worked out for you!!

  • this may be a dumb question. but is that molasses just plain ol' cookin molasses or is it bought at the BSS for the hair....? lol.

  • lol..not a dumb ? at all..it's plain 'ol molasses that you get from the food store..it's black strap molasses

  • Okay I am definetly going to try this mixture (If I can find everything) tommmm!!!!!!!

  • good luck!!

  • Your hair is amazing, I am trying to get healthy hair, my hair is thin and annoying. it sheads like crazy and is breaking a little, until i used the Aphogee 2 step protein, then the breakage got worse. I am currently trying to give my hais as much moisture as poss to get it to stop breaking, will this help? All i want is healthy hair, the length would be great too but i won't complain. Please help any info would be helpful to me.

  • hello..maybe your hair is suffering form what some may call "protein overload" ..so a deep conditioner that has moisturizing properties may do you good.. try doing so once a week until your hair gets better..the molasses is harmless..try it..i doubt if it makes it worse

  • You won me over. I'm subscribing! lol

  • lol..thanks

  • Can you do add this to your deep conditioner mixture.i wanna try it but at the same time not make my regimen more time consuming so i would like to know if this can be add to my deep conditioner mix.

  • oohhh! glad it worked for you!! it is definitely a keeper!!

  • How long do you keep it on your hair?

  • like 30 mins

  • how often can you do this?

  • as often as you'd like..every week..or every 2 weeks..even once a month..it's harmless

  • Imma try this tomorrow!!!
