How the hell can one brach of a company produce the excellence that is NBA 2K11 while vomiting a product that refuses to make simple thing such as the baseball mitts interactive. There was a point when this engine had promise during it's run on dreamcast, yet we continually see the developers take advantage of their exclusive deal with Major league baseball. MVP baseball is not the best game ever, but they made strides to reach that title. The franchise is content being a .500 club.

The one thing 2K got right in this is the 'My Player' mode. It was phenomenal. It was the only way i played 2K baseball.

The graphics remain laughable, but then again, NBA 2K graphics are still not quite right, so let's see how the gameplay is first.

MVP baseball was the best, and oh, how i wish they were around to challenge 'The Show,' because, as good as the show is, they sucked the fun out of that game.

@ELNENE000222 Actually, EA was praised for turning Triple Play baseball to MVP Baseball. While EA publishes the games they do not develop them. Madden, NHL, FIFA, Fight Night all have different teams that develop the games under the EA name. So you can't say "EA sucks b/c of Madden" when NHL, FIFA and their other sports games are successful. They have won countless sports game awards, NHL in particular. So don't judge EA by madden alone. 2k is good, but EA was better with baseball with MVP.
