when i hold the off and home buttom it worked but y does it has the big volume sign in da middle?

@angietheboo, when you press the power button and the home button make sure you press them both simultaneously - TOGETHER. That should work. Let me know!

hey i did it the second way and when i picked the photo it was nice and clear but then when i saved it and looked at it in my photo album its all blury can you help me with that

With some pictures it will reduce the resolution of the photos. its normal you just have to find the right pic.

sometimes the ipod drops the resolution of the photo when it saves it. Just use the 1st method

If you have internet then you should email them to yourself and pull them up on your computer.
