i have noticed most videos on you tube (about historical firearms) the individual is always shooting at a appears to be a rifle range (not a shotgun range) and only firing at a stationary target. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a shotgun? I think people should shoot clays with their historical shotguns. It would make for a better video.

@EscpdFrmPsykward - the tube still only holds 5. I started with 1 in the chamber, and positioned one under the closed bolt on the lifter. You can do the same thing on some Beretta semi-auto shotguns.

@killerkanuck1978 I see. I've seen some videos on youtube of folks who do the two shell drop in (usually for CAS) but I thought you could only do that with the tube empty. So you can have the tube full with 5 shots and still add 2 more. That's pretty cool.

@EscpdFrmPsykward - I don't think it would work with the 2 shell drop. To fit the 7th in you have to position the shell just right on the lifter, with the lever just the right distance back - not something you can rush. But fun if you're just playing around.

Many shotguns have 12, 16 and 20 g

and its 12 that is the biggest... (in this case it's 10), but u can also get slugs, and that is 1, 2, and 3 balls that is sent away
