I dare say this is not the Citrix XenClient. He's is probably using VMware Fusion or Parallels to switch between the Mac desktop which is running native on the MacBook and a Windows desktop which is running inside a virtual machine. You can tell, because he's using the control keys for Mac OS X "Spaces" function to switch between the desktops.
The real Citrix XenClient doesn't support Mac OS X and uses CTRL+<number> keys to switch between virtual machines.
It's time for offical support from Citrix and Apple!!! C'mon guys - let's get it done!
