it's like when people talk about dogs nowadays... those two guys just do not even consider that women could be equal to them... ahhh the good old days...
@LucideT Women quit coddling men in the '70s. That's why all the men today are emotionally handicapped weirdos. But the men who still get the women to respect them are Alpha males, who act just like grandpa used to act to grandma. "Bitch, get me my coffee" and that kind of shit.
I took a master's class taught by a woman who is a consultant for business organization. She said she often finds offices that are dysfunctional because its all women. They start to fight with each other. She said that if you put one man in the office it all dies out. I was surprised because she's quite a femanist, but that's what she said.
Mom: Oh, pretty quiet. I did the washing this morning. And cleaned the house. I also slept with our neighbor. I'll probably do it again tomorrow, ***hole.
Women still has two jobs to do Home and Work but we get reprimanded for taking care of your sick children, But this video is still sexist to a degree but I understand where it comes from during that time period, but I hate to say it that some of these scenarios still applies no matter what time period. Us Women will still be Women, Emotional.
It's strange... I can understand this movie totally. It was probably a pretty weird time for men, with women just entering the real workforce for the first time. This movie was made to help them adapt to the change, not to demean the women. It sounds a little sexist to us, but considering that most women of the time had been conditioned for a life as housewives, alot of what is said might actually have been true.
I know what you're saying, but let's not forget that a lot of women were already in the "real workforce" if they were poor, widows and/or from minority groups like African Americans. And they were already working in certain fields, just not in these types of industrial ones.

WTF is Ben Stiller's dad, Jerry Stiller, doing in this video 7:37 ? Why does he look basically the same today as he did in 1942?

men never knew... but in the past women coddled their men.
things like, saying sorry and praising the men are so that the childish men do not get upset and make their life more difficult than it already is.

They made it sound like nonsense to make a point, a stupid one because it made no sense. I'm a female but I'm also an aviation mechanic.
