Some of my most cherished memories from high school were from marching these four pieces. I'm literally crying from the adrenaline rush, and my hands are shaking while typing this.

Self expression is sometimes the best exercise.

Love the flute solo at the beginning. Don't tell my section mates, but these flutes sound way better than we do... But then, we've only had the piece for a week.

I have this music and it seems that the percussion was either rushing way to much or they messed up on the rythm

@laineycox The pecussion section is trained to be totaly in tune with the conductor. Yea they make mistakes but they're constantly checking thier rythems. Of corse this is coming from a percussionist (with bad spelling).

i dont like the way this band plays his suite, they have really weird tempos. i played this in 8th grade and i loved this song

There is a song the Senior High Honor Band in my area played last year with a soprano sax solo. We're playing another song this year in Senior High with a soprano sax part. It's not as uncommon as you might think.

Soprano sax solo is much too fast - the solo loses much of its effectiveness when played at such a tempo!
