  • What sort of finish does this foundation give?

  • I brought this 2 days ago with the mac 130 brush.. I think it comes on better with my hands. It doesn't blend well with the brush, am I using too much product? Because it leaves my face looking wet and shiny. What am I doing wrong?

  • @BOWLING4SOUPandSUM41 it supposed to look that way you should use the 109 with it i find that works really good with it and you also use less product

  • are you actually supposed to put it on your body?

  • @MsToriaa Yes u can. n_n

  • Hi which shade do you use in this? x

  • one con for this is that it "sets", so you have to work really fast

  • im only 13, but at winter time i need more coverage than just tinted moisturizer, coz ill get littlebit red and stuff. SO, my skin is pretty good (not really any pimples etc) but i have littlebit redness and i have huuuuuge pores on my cheeks. so will this clog them :s ?

  • can u use it on oily skin i dont have bad breakouts but oily skin so some whiteheads

  • is it natural looking and does it feell cakey on skin and does it add on to oily skin

  • I've heard so much about this foundation going off (separating, mostly) after a shortwhile. Have you experienced anything like that?

I'm really interested in buying it, but I don't want to have to find a small bottle that I can dispense it from daily while I keep the big one in the fridge!

  • do you still like this foundation? if not, what is your favorite foundation? :)

  • Hi! Am wondering if it can cover a few light freckles? And I know u said that it's quite sheer, but does the Mac foundation cover more than a regular foundation? Btw, thanks 4 the review, very informative :)

  • heeey i know it's been nearly a year since you've posted this. do you recommend everyday use of this product? will it break you out with everyday use? and... how do you take it off? :))

    thanks for the review!

  • @llorenamaya I would recommend for everyday, everyone has different skin types, I'd suggest you try it out and if it doesn't work out you can return it! n_n

  • what primer do you use??? and would a blushcreme work with this + msf natural?? (1st time mac buyer lol)

  • @LetsMakeUp21 I use UDPP primer. Yes, you can use a blushcream, I always suggest setting it with a translucent powder. Yes the MSF works great with all foundations, even alone! n_n

  • is this foundation good for dry combination skin

  • @hc0xgurl Yes it is. It is a dewy so is will work great for you! n_n

  • what color is ur foundation for this?

  • @p3achy84 C4

  • hello!(: i have this weird pink line going across my stomach,

and i was wondering if this foundation will cover it up when

    i go to the beach!

  • @shimmyshannie Hello. Sure try it. I'm thinking if your doing a lot of swimming and in the water you might need something that will be super sticky (long wearing). But if you are just out and not rubbing it a lot, it should work. n_n

  • @shimmyshannie if you're just out and about, i would suggest Mac's studio fix foundation much more, just because it's used for more of coverage of blemishes than the face and body foundation.

  • Hi, im very interested in this foundation but my skin gets a little dry on my cheeks...will it work for my skin type? i have normal to dry skin. i usually only use tinted moisturizers too so i liked that u mentioned that its sheer :) what shade did u get yours in becuz my skin is pretty close to ur shade?

  • @desirichardtf Yeah it will actually work really great for you! Probably one of the better for dry skin. It's dewy so it has some moisture to it which is great for normal to dry skin. n_n

  • Hi, I'm from Brazil...loved your video!

I'd like to know if this foundation works ok on oily skin...I really want to buy one, but I'm afraid of getting an even oily sky on this hot weather...what do you think?

    thanks..

    xoxo

  • @talitasuzuki Yes, I would suggest that if you do get this foundation make sure to set with a powder because it is very dewy and if you have oily skin it will just slide off. n_n

  • hey, im stuck weather to get this foundation or not, i dont want it to look too natural, im not really into natural foundations however i havent really got spots and things like that, i mainly want the colour to look really nice and sharp if you get me? what would you reccomend x

  • @123girlsaloudfan I will let you know that this foundation will give you a dewy look. Also for the summer it will not stay on long so I suggest setting it with a powder. If you want something to cover up spots, I'd highly recommend the studio stick foundation. Hope this helps!! n_n

  • Coo review girlie that will b my next purchase at mac lol syay sweet ;)

  • @phatfaces73 Aw thanks hun!! Let me know how it works for you!! n_n

  • is it hard to remove as i heard because its water resistant it doesnt really come off your face? x

  • Not at all, if you have a face-wipe or even face-wash, or makeup remover it will come off really easy. n_n

  • You're so pretty!

  • Aww Thanks hun!! n_n

  • Do you think it's beach proof? I want a foundation that won't slide off when I get in the water and that I can still tan through

  • @RahRahReplica09 I wouldn't say its really beach proof. I would try and go with something that has more of a sticking power. I'd recommend Mac studio stick, that stays on all day! And has great holding power. However it is thicker in consistency...

  • @RahRahReplica09 If your open to drugstore foundation. Try the Maybelline Super Stay 24HR or the Revlon photoready foundation. They both STAY all day, and are really great for humid locations. They are both waterproof. So awesome stuff. n_n

  • Your hair is beautiful:)

  • @bebetc1982 aww thanks hun!! n_n

  • your gorgeous! oh and does it give you a glow at all?

  • @erikax0x Aw thanks hun!! Yeah It does leave a dewy finish. n_n

  • Please:

Which tone are you using? Thanks!!!

  • @ROSYTADEU C4

  • Um, um, um.

  • Do you find that using the stippling brush leaves the foundation looking streaky? That's my worry. I use my hands to apply and blend.

  • @Joydreamer2 Honestly it not that bad. However I've kind of switched over to the foundation brush, because it give your face a little more coverage. n_n

  • you are stunning! im really interested in getting this foundation.. would you recommend it for people with oily skin? i do have some blemishes.. but i can use concealer, so its basicaly whether or not it'll slip under my makeup if i have only skin.

    thanks!

  • @BeckXXX7 Aw thanks hun. I have oily combination skin. I would advice using a primer with this primer. Do remember it's water-based foundation so use a water based primer. Other than that you're good to go!! n_n

  • ive been using the F&B in C3 and it looks oily. why? i have to pat the oil down with my palm caue my skin looks oily. does that happen to anyone else or just me? wonder if im doing something wrong?

  • Well depending on your skin type this might not be a good foundation for you. It is dewy, and thus creates the effect. Are you sure it's not just dewy and you may be use to a satin finish or a matte finish. I will say with this foundation you do have to set it with a powder, because it is wet, until it's set. Hope this helps. n_n

  • I have it in C2! I really love it...it gives me a really nice coverage but very natural!

  • I agree. I need to get this in a lighter shade for winter!! n_n

  • Nice video thankx for the info I have to get it know LOL!!!!

  • can you do a video on your foundation routine?

  • Sure... I'll add it to the list. Thanks!! n_n

  • heyy :)

i am thinking of buying the face ad body foundation but they dont sell it where i live so i have to buy it online. i'm asian and not really tan, but i don't know what colour to buy!! i dont want to get the wrong colour though. is the C4 really dark in your opinion? AND also. i have like two blemish scars atm. would that be okay? :s

great vid btw! subscribed for sure. ;)

  • Yeah normally i'm a C3 But because the color is so sheer I can still get away with a C4. So if you are NC25 or NC30 I'd go with a C2 or C3... if you have natural tones (less yellow tones) go with N2 or N3. You don't really have to match your skin exactly because it's sheer. Just so long as you have a one shade lighter, darker or your exact shade.

  • As far as blemishes just get a good concealer. I use the select cover-up since it's a liquid too. If you want more coverage go with the Studio finish spf35. Or just use whatever concealer you like. Hope this helps! n_n

  • which shade do you use?

  • The shade I use is C4. n_n

  • thx. looks lovely

  • You're welcome! n_n

  • Is the one that you are holding a C4? Is C4 really light ?

  • Yes it is C4. It's actually perfect coloring for me. However I have no tried C3. So in comparison I don't have a clue. It's super sheer, so if you are lighter or darker it would work for you too. n_n

  • im thinking about doing a review my first one how do i do one?

  • It's easy, use the product till you have a good enough opinion of it and just talk bout it. That's all you got to do. ;) You can do some research on youtube and just kind see what others talk bout too, that can help you out. But there are no set rules, just have fun with it! n_n

  • poo it wont work for me then :(

  • What won't work for you?

  • the foundation i have acne so it wont cover well :(

  • You can always use a good concealer, but yeah probably something with a medium to full coverage would work better for you.

  • awsome

  • Thanks hun!! n_n
