Okay I had NEVER done a fishtail braid before, but with your video it was SO easy. I did it once about two days ago when I was in a rush, and the top was a bit too loosely braided to look good, so I took it out. Today I tried again and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. I'll have to figure out how to send pictures on youtube so you guys can see.

@MrChistes a wooden stick with meat on in chunks, you usually put things like pepper or tomatoes inbetween each chunk of meat, and their usually made on barbecues :)
