  • i'm 5'11 and i can dunk...and i dont do any training...

  • can u hang on the rim after a dunk?cuz im 6'3 and can

  • I can but don't. I just pull the rim down

  • no way your 30 inches off the ground...maybe 20 if ur lucky

  • Sounds like an interesting theory, although it is highly unlikely as that would put me only 2 inches above the rim.

  • quinn, i'm 6'4 and to dunk you gotta have about a 30'ish inch vert

the vid just looks decieving for some reason

  • no disrespect but dun dunk so much as if you are practicing Js it loses sum of its finesse and authority you mustnt dunk to score but to make a statement when haters and non believers defy your game lol

  • no offense but if you pause it at the top your like 15 inches off the ground

  • I need 18 inches to at least touch the rim. It might look smaller because I'm taller but if someone shorter was in my position you would be able to see im around 30 inches off the ground.

  • An other question, what exercises do you use? Cuz i use Power Pylos

  • I'm not on a specific program. I do full squats, leg curls, and basic plyos. If my wrist wasn't sprained i would do power cleans also.

  • nice vert, song name: ?
