  • As good as it can be, for 2000 bucks costs more than most of the professional L lenses from canon. Now, I can see some complexity in the design of this thing, but the price is just ridiculous. I can give them 350 bucks.

  • aluminum and plastic that fits in the palm of your had for 2000 DOLLARS! are you kidding me. you know what else u can buy for 2000 dollars. a nice down hill mountain bike with high tech suspension in which you can hit 50 foot gap jumps on or ride down the side of a clif i you so please. or you could buy a 7d and lens or a t2i and l lens or 2 t2is and 2 lenses. or a macbook pro or a high tech pc. or a car. i dont fucking understand the pricing. so ends my rant. i love this stuff but dont get it

  • this guy is crazy, 2k for a shit thing like that? youll make it for 20$. damn thieves

  • This is pretty much the shiz for a smaller camera. Hard stops, quick release, Arri quality and a more adjustable arm make it so.

  • I've watched this, and I have no idea what it is. I think you should explain it more for non cinematographers like me.

  • @markusbob As follow focus is used to keep the subject in focus. It is a better system than using only the lens. Hope this helps.

  • Worth every penny in my opinion. The Arri MMF-1 is one of the best pieces of gear money can buy. Thanks for the comment.

  • $2K? ouch? i'm sure it's lovely but i'll have to get quite a number of paid gigs under my belt before i could even entertain the thought.
