The english version of the opening song done by Working Designs for the video game system Sega Saturn was a fantastic dub for the entire cast.

If only you spoke fluent japanese. Trust me when I say there are as many shit dubs of japanese as there are in english. Its a flip of the coin I swear. Sometimes its like they don't even try in japanese. The most famous would be cowboy bebop.

The nglish is far superior to the japanese version. The japanese version is pretty typical of casting and sound average at its best. Which doesn't say much.
