My wireless reciever driver keeps getting borked from time to time, and I HAVE to follow this guide or it won't work. If I don't unplug and plug it back in where he sais so, it won't work. If I choose an other driver, it won't work.

The drivers can by found under "XBOX360 Peripherals" or something like that, down at the bottom of the list.
