1. they make great pets IF you have the space and time to dedicate to them, not "if they're handled properly" having an ig is a huge commitment especially because....
2. They grow a hell of a lot bigger than 2-3 ft.
3. Two species? one is the west indie iguana and one is the "green iguana" wtf lady?, seriously read a book. Hate to completely destroy your "expert insights" but there are over 700 species of iguanas in over a dozen genuses.
2 1/2-3 ft?! WRONG! 5-6 ft is the correct answer! And there are at least 15 species (that's all I can remember; there may be more).
Yes, they can make great pets, but only if you can meet their needs which can be costly and takes up a huge amount of space. You also have to be willing to take many tail whips during the long taming process. But if you do that, then they are amazing animals that make good pets.
yup, theres the fidgi iguana, the rhino iguana, the blue iguana, the marine iguana, the terrestial iguana, and some more xD
and she points out el salvador, theyre not mainly from el salvador, theres panama, costa rica, belice, colombia, guatemala and a bit of mexico, even the u.s. !
this bitch doesnt know anything at ANY of her videos, i wouldnt recommend her to anyone! i would kill some1 before doing it!! EXPERTVILLAGE SUCKS
They get up to 6 feet in lenght and weigh up to 11 kilograms, also they are dangerous! An untamed adult iguana can send you to a hospital,or a morgue....
And there are many species of iguanas, not only two! The only thing she said right that it's a lizard...
She shows a cage made of chicken wire, of which you do not want to use. The lizard can cut his fingers right off with chicken wire. She is giving bad information. DO NOT USE CHICKEN WIRE CAGE. Somebody ought to stick her in a chicken wire cage.
its still misleading. some kids gonna see it and be all mommy i want an iguana, all of a sudden they have a 6 ft monster in their house that either dies because they cant care for it, is set loose, or is given to a pet store or shelter where it dies because they cant accomodate it either. everyone who watches this video looses in some way.
