Salam, I find it ironic that at the beginning of such a lecture on whether music is haram or halal we have an opening introduction to the talk clearly using music (voice over background electronic sounds) which has been electronically generated, nevertheless is still musical, Ive been a revert since 2008 and keep seeing these lectures debating this issue and yet still using electronic sounds in the beginning or at the end;

@von739 Wa alaikumuasalam! :) and as for as i know natural sound like opening or door sound of some thing doping and sound of car crossing you in highway are not considered as music!! and these sound are electronically Enhanced! for further details chk islamqa.info
