Okay. So this is totally romantic duh, BUT!!!! I was on a flight when I was like 6 or something (I am 27) and the guy did the same thing. They submitted it to America's Funniest Home Videos (Because that was when it was cool). I wonder if these people are still married. The cool thing is that if this is how he proposes, then he probably makes everyday super romantic. Ahhh, love.
