@coolcabincrew I do crossfit 5x a week..other members of my gym do it on average 3-5 times a week... seriously you get such an endorphine high when you are finished...
@holtram28 I love your passion but I encourage you to put your energy and passion into something better than this rubbish. You sound like a good athlete who could actually achieve success in real spoets
@zalko70 I would love to see you do 100 burpees or how about fran in under 3 minutes, hell even 4. Lets you knock out filthy fifty in 17:30. How about annie? bet you cant hit 50 unbroken DoubleUnders. I do play football i do crossfit to get stroger, faster, and more stamina. your a dumb ass.
@Etrajbe I love your passion for CrossShit. Keep doing your stupid looking workouts and chin ups. If I do see you training one day I promise to try not to laugh, love the statement about the guy who can do 100 strict pull ups in 2 minutes, that is almost 1 per second (that my friend alone means they are not strict) one day crossfitters will learn there is a phase of all movements called the eccentric phase. Good bye madam
@zalko70 ha bro just give up. why you hating on crossfit? if you dont like it then dont search it. your just making yourself look stupid trying to sound smart. if i dont like something i dont do it, and i sure as hell dont search for it on youtube(i dont like tennis but i dont bash it). your just another big tuff scary internet guy who talks so much shit behind his keyboard.. crossfit is growing faster and faster each day. and there anit shit you can do bout it.. no matter how much you talk boy
@zalko70, these people can still be great athletes. to be a pro athlete you have to have a combination of great athleticism and a skill set. So to answer your question as to why these people are not in pro sports its because they dont have the skill set. it doesnt necessarily have to do with their athletic ability.
@JBurhenn253 Or because they dont want, they definantely have bodies that FAR surpass that of athletes (atleast athletes in team sports) But its just about the Technique/skill set as u called it. Sure, but that can be learned DO YOU DESIRE.
Decathletes are badass. Most of the people at my crossfit are from a track background. It is a way to keep in shape for things we did in college. I still fail to see your logic. Or any anti-crossfit logic for that matter. People are getting in shape, how is that bad? I have never gone to a track video or weightlifting video and posted about how Crossfit is better, why would I? So why do people feel they need to for Crossfit? Not sure to be honest.
@MMAguy I find it interesting that these crossfit athletes who are supposedly the fittest men in the world never made it to pro level at any sports. Yet all of a sudden they have become world beaters all by following a generic workout posted on a website. But I guess you have never heard of decathletes or are they shit because they don't do crossfit ?
@zalko70- If you don't like crossfit, why click on a video with crossfit in the title? I started about 3 months ago, lost some weight and built some muscle. I don't think I am an athlete, but I do think I am in good shape now. And these are some of the fittest people. There are football players (knowshon moreno and patrick willis) that do crossfit and attest to how tough it is. People getting in shape is not a bad thing.
@kstark93 unfortunately they are too busy earning money playing real sports not doing this rubbish. Some of these "athletes" can't even do proper chin ups.
@zalko70 Your retarded, quite simply. This IS a sport in itself, you fucking moron, And it doenst only give u explosive strength, but cardio, support muscles and agility aswell. You seriously think those were chin ups? there goes your credibility, those are kipping pullups, you complete fucking retard. in my local crossfire box the guy who started it does 270 KG deadlifts for reps and 100 PROPER pull ups in 2 minutes, no jerk. This is actually BY FAR a the world record, just need to verify
@zalko70 in case you didn't know this is the preferred method of offseason training of many Professional Athletes (NFL and UFC to name a couple of main organizations that utilize it) as well as our nations Special Forces.it implements every sort of fitness, from sprints to long distance running, all sorts of lifting, swimming, extreme core workouts and much more. They are in the best all around shape of any athletes out there. And as to the Chinups they "can't do", they certainly can.
This is the worlds biggest gathering of people who can't play sports or make it in athletics but think circuit training and high rep Olympic lifting is a sport. Looks like they are having fun , too bad these people believe they are the worlds fittest humans.
@zalko70 thank you. thank you for what you are, which is precisely what makes us what we are. you, mr closed-minded quitter, are the food for the spark and drive that my CF brothers and sisters have to become the best. this isn't sports where you plain win or lose. when you compete against yourself and not others, you learn that even if you can beat all else, you're still not good enough. we do this to beat ourselves. let's see YOU give this a try :) SLCCrossfit here. push through :)
@zalko70 what is a sport? when you work hard to win something. whether that be victory, or looosing weight. crossfitters are doing the EXACT same thing. your a fucking detriment to america.
