  • I bought this today :D

  • A 8x10mm film.

Now I am not going to say that such makes it impossible to make good pictures but combined with the glass of this camera it is. just as you expect... for snapshots. There is a reason why smaller then 35mm never really caught on. Even though it is cheaper it just loses quality to much.

Still it looks like a fun camera to own..I remember that the first one I used was an APS-C one.. yup.

  • Walmart developed mine about 7 years ago, dont know if they would now! They send all their film out now,, none is developed on location anymore!

  • Lovely idea, but cheap cameras and low quality from what I understand.

  • I found my parents in the garage today! Of course it's filled with dust.

  • what were u doing putting ur parents in a garage anyway,, they should be in the house!!

  • :D Not my parents silly, my parents Kodak Disc 4000 Camera.

  • I still have one

  • I remember this camera well, I took it to Ireland in 1982. I remember this commercial too... Hey it's the Jeffersons! (ok I know it's not)

  • There are some labs in North America and UK that specially process Disc Film

  • I love that the feature is "it advances the film automatically"...uhh, so did most 35mm point-n-shoots.

  • They meant automatic as in after you push it the disc advances at the same time. As opposed to SLR which after you click you have to advance manually. Remember this was early 80's so i don't know if they had full automatic SLR's.. i don remember lol

  • Oh my god, why would anyone want to use disc film now! Whats the point! Its only about 8mm! No lab will take disc now, the non existant level of customers probably means theyve scrapped the processing equipment for it.

  • I saw some unopened film for these in a camera shop yesterday

  • Anybody know where I can get some disc film processed? I've had it sitting here since 1982. I just can't wait to see how those pics of the Duran Duran concert came out.

  • Rocky Mountain Film Lab still processes Disc Film
