  • @AvatarRoku create a bouncy taste feeling from prawns(he used is 8 big shrimps(prawns))by using cooking salt to extract the water out of the prawns.

  • hi, i think you can get from some chinese medicine shop..or you can ask the

    aunty who make ;kee chang' in the wet market as 'kee chang' has alkaline water

    inside. Do you know what is 'kee chang' ? it is the rice dumpling that does not have

    any filling..and the texture is smooth and you dip it with either gula melaka or caramalised brown sugar. But please do not use chemical in your food cos' so many things like noddle already have alkaline ..it is not good for the stomach lining.
