Hey my sleep/lock button doesn't work. The audio jack, the volume and silent button works. Do I have to replace the whole part? Any idea how to make it start working again? I tried to clean in between the lock button plastic and the push button switch. I tried just pushing the push button switch only without the plastic and it still doesn't work. Any tips or ideas would be very helpful.

i have a iphone 1st generation, 4 gig. it has a thin slanted crack going down it, above the crack is responsive, below it is unresponsive, i cant unlock it. what is wrong with it, ill try to post a response video, of it and can you tell me what is wrong with it, and what do i need to buy to fix it, im good at repairs, i just never did a iphone before, thanks and have a great day.

Being my on off button isn't working is there any other way to get iPhone in sleeping mode once it's on without using button. Home button works fine so start up is no problam out of sleep.maybe an app that u no or some other

@repairscratchedipods Do you know how to put the power button for a 3gs? I put the metal flap part on the bottom side ,slid i through ,screwed the power connecter thing in , and when i press it it just gets jammed. Please help.
