@MrPapin85 He most likely needed 1 set of his premolars removed to make room for the rest of his teeth (for braces). This is commonly done and does not mean that the dentist didn't try to save the teeth.

i got local anesthesia today and its not painful at all. he was just screaming because of the thought of having something stuck in you hurts but its was painless for the extraction though they are sedating me ( putting me to sleep).

What a pussy. OMG A NEEDLE. Today I spent 5 hours in a dental chair getting my front tooth taken out and a crown because it was cracked. Never made a noise. The top of my mouth was like the surface of the moon because of all the shots. Take it like a man.

Most dental surgeons will give you a needle for the removal of adult tooth as in this case.

@gleemilo123 I just got my 4 teeth pulled out today. Just ask your dentist for laughing gas and it will be over before you know it. My dentist put on a numbing gel then did the shots. But since he used laughing gas along with the shot, I didn't feel a thing, other then the dentist wiggling my tooth. Tooth extraction is pretty much painless(i'm 14). The worst part is the shot and you barely feel a thing, but typically a couple hours later, or the next day, your mouth will be sore.Hope i helped :)

@gleemilo123 They inject you for this procedure. usually they give you about 6 injections around the tooth. You have to wait for the numbing effect to fully kick in takes about 10mins then they just pull them out as they did in that video. I'm telling you this from personal experience i had 2 of my molars removed few weeks ago. That's how my dentist did it others may have different practices.

Funny story. When I was younger, I had 4 teeth ready to come out I needed to pull them out by Monday or my dentist said to me if I didn't pull them out, that on Monday he would pull them out for me. It was Sunday night when I decided to pull them out, I usually put things off till last minute. I pulled out the 4 teeth, but I also pulled out an extra tooth that was not ready to come out. When I went to the dentist the next day he was so shocked. I think I made $20 for all of the teeth.

Oh my God. That seemed so simple and painless. I just had a back tooth out today and the root was really stuck and she took what felt like forever trying to yank it out. I felt a very sharp pain searing up the inside of my face into my head while she was pulling on it and it felt like something was going to crack in my head. Ive never felt pain like that before.
