Didnt even realise I had guys on the tracks in any of those shots. On RS, they are part of the IOW addon but in RW they are included as default.

They are, in the people tab. Scroll down and they are called Male and Female. Some are passengers and some are workers.

looks much more realistic than msts east coast express though that dosent run to newcastle , it would be good if the line was extended from york down to kings cross

The only thing left from the original route is the base scenery. All track has been totally relaid.

i know this is a really daft question but does the time change on the game. i dont mean day and night i mean at stations does the clock change i saw the picture on the 3rd pic of it. does it?

Yes mate, both the digital and analogue clocks change. I think it can be seen on my newest video, "Afternoon at Newcastle"

ahhh, I looked at it again and you can just see a small whell infront of the main bogie
