I think that's great advice for everyone that doesn't drink that much water a day. I do, and i've done it for the longest time cause it's so important. Nice video for motivation! :D
@stefaniecorex Soooo true - The body is made up largely of water so it only makes sense to replenish water you sweat out and use with all this high intensity fitness. Thanks for watching =)!

Nice plyo push-ups! Chest, Shoulders & Arms is the toughest P90x workout for me. I did it yesterday after not doing it for months and I'm very sore.
