Youtube has been around for ages, and their soul purpose is to share music and video's around the world. It's ment to inspire people, delight people. Why is Warner Bros being so difficult all of a sudden? Which egocentric maniac way up high there does not know what the tube is about?? Dang.

I believe this claim stuff is happening all the time lately on YouTube. I used a few seconds in a song and got the old warning to remove the vid or silence the audio or actually fight it. But it was all innocent use. Even if someone uses full songs it's all innocent use usually, but if they ask it be removed then we need to honor that. Too bad they dont say something "wow I'm from such and such a company and like your vid of that song". I guess it usually has to do with money/investments.

Then again, I dont think posting any older songs on YT has hurt anyones finances who owns the material, but usually should improve it. Many songs, usually, 10 years or older, will most likely never be herd, especially if it's not top 20 music. Once a song is herd, its likely someone might like that group and buy a CD. But then again also, who knows who goes around flagging videos, it might not even be the rights holder. I used a few obscure seconds in a non-music video and it got "flagged".
