i like the spurs, but to say that the other team is no where near the NBA level is not true. the margin of victory in this game is like 20 points plus. the spurs can easily have that even by playing in the NBA, sometimes even winning by 30 points when taking on teams like sonic, bucks, timberwolves... so this european team is at the NBA level, but maybe a bad team in the NBA.

that's because there's less money in European basketball, there are less games per season (30-40 national, up to 25 European games), and it's a greater deal to have players from the respective country... I doubt that NBA teams would be that strong if they had to bring in, let's say, half their team from their State (not the whole USA, just the one state)... also - this is one game, played by NBA rules in America. might be nice to see what NBA teams could do in Europe with Euro rules
