Can everyone please shut the fuck up. Yes it most likely has pitch correction, sounds like melodyne rather than autotune. Then again, almost all modern studio recordings have some sort of pitch correction, it has nothing to do with the talent of the artist. The "creepy guy on the piano" is JR Rotem, the producer of the song (and the man responsible for 80% of how the song sounds) Imogen Heap obviously granted J.R. the rights to sample Hide and Seek, otherwise the song wouldnt have been released.

Besides, imagine how many people listen to this, not knowing who Heap is and go to check her out after! Letting someone sample your song is an easy way of doing some self-promoting. She's banking on this just as much as he is. :)

Like any song that samples from a copyrighted piece of work, an artist must gain 2 licenses before distributing a sampled song. If an artist wants the use of lyrics and wishes to re-perform them with a different singer they must get the artistic license from the artist. If they want to use the actual master recording of the song they must also obtain the master license from the record label. If neither of these are acquired than the sampling artist can be sued i.e. Tone Loc v. Van Halen
