@FilthyHeadshot THis is actually the xbox 360. He has a transfer cable is able to save the game data on the hard drive and then put it in his computer and then does all this modding to the game save and then he plays the campaign and get all these camera angles.

Infinity Ward decided that they didn't want PC players to snoop around in the dev-console, so they removed it. Well, they didn't remove it, they just hid it. Without a console-unlocker, thus risking a VAC-ban, you can't use the console.
