it has to do with a discovery tesla made a couple of years back that if you ring something at a certaint frequincy everything of the same matter type along that frequincy will atually vibrate at the same speed and the atoms will sort of disconnect {id explain it better but i ownly skimmed through the theory so theres probably a few wholes in the way i worded it but you get the idea
