It's really odd, how I generally liked JFA's OST considerably less than the others, but this is really the greatest Announce the Truth of all. (Except maybe AAIME, I like them about equally)

Those were my thoughts exactly. JFA probably has the weaker soundtrack in the series but this song is win. It's the most memorable Announce the Truth in my opinion.

@ProtoDRN000 Well most new songs from this soundtrack other than the trial, cornered and examination themes they all moved to later games. I'd say the only ones in this game that were above average were this, the Cornered theme and the Court Suite theme.

Actually I think the version of T&T is better, the bass line really kicks the song. This version is also good, but I felt like the 2004 version also worked as the cornered theme, because it appeared so often.
