@Taylor17fyi Before Sam came to town, she was running cons. She needed money to take care of her and her brother after their parents abandoned them. She was pretending to be someone else, and she would marry men, take their money, and then divorce them. One of the men found out about what she was doing and he beat her up once. She ended up shooting and killing him before he could murder her.
@GeneralHospital1963 don't forget Nico too, from the way he came to town & punched & chocked her like it used to be an everyday occurance when they were together it seemed like he used to beat on Sam too.
Jeez...at this point, | think it would be interesting if these two, even, ever, talk to each other, again...(Sam and Ethan). What happened with the damn writers...jeesh? Still, Nathan looked so good, with his California tan, on the last couple of GH episodes I saw, after returning from his live BoomKat show, in Santa Monica, as Peter Pan...(last July)...damn, I wish I'd had the money to have gone down there..(rats!)...anyway...cheers, all..
I loved Jason, he was so protective, and I mean if Sam would have kicked someone else in the back, it would have been AWESOME! like if she would have kicked Keifer, then it would have been the perfect scene! I love Ethan, he is the perfect addition to the Spencer family!!
This title is inaccurate because Sam and Ethan didn't fight. Sam beat/lashed out at Ethan, he did not touch her except to keep her from hitting him. And btw I like Sam alot and love Ethan.
Good thing Jason knows he didn't do it. Any smart person would just have to look at the facts. Kristina is the DA's daughter and on top of that the daughter of the Mob boss. If Ethan beat her up, he wouldn't be dumb enough to take her to the hospital, stay around until he is told to leave and then go back to work like nothing happened.
He didn't deserve it but she is lashing out at the person she feels is responsible and I think she is projecting out the pain she feels from her own abuse too. I look forward to her apologizing sincerely to him.

...I don't appreciate violence to either women, or men, of course...(in a perfect world, etc). In a soap opera setting, it's hard to deny the sexual tension, here.
