I wish that a small animation played when you got killed by a headcrab, showing you getting turned into a zombie.

Unlike the thin guards, friendly fire is very noticable with Otis.
Generally as soon as Otis (fatso) opens the door, I just kill him (wrench alt fire gibs in 1 shot) and grab his Magnum ammo, or whatever that hand cannon is called.
Also that scientist says stuff if you smash the window and come in.
