  • awesome performance man =D i wish i could join a club and do this, i'm only curling 30lbs but in reps of 25 for 4 sets at the moment i'm hoping to jump up to 45lbs 25x4 rep when i can afford to buy the weights, what dumbbell exercise do you find helps best with arm wrestling?

  • @Estka yeah for the most part, but i can still bang out a couple reps with the coc 2.5. I only use the grippers now for forearm endurance. I will take an easy gripper and knock out as many reps as i can
