@TeamEdward946 Idk where the word originated from, but I think somebody started saying it that way, and it just caught on. Most words aren't prounced how they appear to be spelled, so dochshund, probablly isn't even pronounced that way. I honestly think it's pronounced doc-sun. I mean think about it, ice cream isen't pronounced iky cream, now is it? I'll google dachshund and see where it originated, and how to pronounce it. I'm not making fun of the way you say, it just really bothers me!

I had my game stolen right out of my locker last year and now I'm taking forever to start a new game becuase I keep trying ot get the ideal neighborhood set up, but then I keep getting neighborhood dogs that no one could want their puppy plying with. I've kinda given up. I wish they gave you the choice of choosing what neighbors to have in what neighborhood you want..

Are you saying that in the beginning when they tell you to choose your first dog, no breeds show up for you to choose? That's strange. Maybe it's a glitch or something. Did you try turning it off and then turning it on again? If you try that already but it still doesn't work, then that means there's probably something wrong with your ds or game card. If that's the case then I don't really know how to help you. Those things never happened to me before. Sorry about that.

Right when it says that, immediately press and hold on the A,B,X,Y,L, and R buttons. If successful, they'll ask you if you want to delete data. If you choose yes, it'll start saving for a long time. After saving, you'll start back at the kennel. Hope this helped!

To restart a nintendogs game, first you turn on the game. Then it will say:

All Rights, including the copyrights of game, Scenario, Music, and Program, reserved by NINTENDO.

When it says that, press and hold on the A,B,X,Y,L, and R buttons. If successful, they will ask you if you want to delete data. If you choose yes, then it will start saving for a long time. Finally after saving, you will start again at the kennel.

Oh for hell's sakes, calm down! Do you mean that after you taught your dog her name, it says to call her over a few times so she'll get use to it? But it always says that your dog forgot her name right? Well if that's what you're having trouble with, call your dog over. When she comes to you, call her name again and she should bark once to prove that she heard you. Repeat that over for about two more times and she should remember her name. Still don't get it, watch "New Game First Dog part 4."

So when you start your game and you see the the bottom screen saying that, immediately press and hold on A, B, X, Y, L and R. If successful, something should pop up saying: do you want to delete data? Remember to hold on to the buttons and don't let go until that box pops up. Hope it helps

What!? That's impossible, man! Are you sure you might not have already unlocked some but just haven't noticed? Maybe you should go to your kennel and check. You should have unlocked two new dogs since you first started. If there aren't any new dogs, maybe your game had a problem. If that's the case, then I don't know how to help you. Only your game knows. =(

You need at least 2000 trainer points before you can unlock your first unlockable dog. Hope that helps!

Me too! In nintendogs, they're my fourth favorite. I like german sheperds the most, then it's husky, then it's golden retriever, then it's shiba. Then I like all types of dogs! Even chihuahuas cause in nintendogs, the volume is not loud enough to hurt my ears when they bark. Not like real life. Dog barks are my weakness.
