You're not thinking about the money you make back on re-sale of the house. Green houses sell higher. He could even by making money. that's not ridiculous at all.

I totally agree on installing stuff like this but it's expensive....

I have the luxury of not having to worry about having enough water, I live in Maine, USA right next to a river. We have a well even though we live in town lol, keep up the good vids...
