Wall Street J report July 14th said Panetta told the committees there was no indication of anything illegal or inappropriate about the effort itself.

If you are talking about the LA thing, it was a Canadian border patrol lady that stopped that from going down.. There are 2 Constitutional laws and 2 Geneva Convention laws that state torture is illegal.
