  • I love this!

  • hola me gustaria saber que video es y la cancion de la primera imagen que sale en este video

  • Brilliant video! What a fabulous creation! Thanks so much for sharing!

  • 1:13 Iluminatti

  • Exellent vid. I'd prefere early Pulp to their later stuff anyday. Even though its all good stuff!

  • Na na na na na na na na....

  • Excellent he is the best mover & groover of all time.

  • he has the most perfect voice.

  • Going to see pulp next month in Australia : D really hope they play this song Thanx for the upload

  • this is hardcore

  • This is absolutely perfect!! ..Pulp is Legend and this video just confirm it!

  • I find it interesting, you look at alot of this (such as the Like A Friend portion) and you see a nutty, lovable Sheffield bloke, but if you... really get into the music and his whole little world, it's all rather miserable and dark.

Jarvis Cocker, the best walking contradiction, ever.

  • Great video, and Separations is an awesome album, this track in particular. Though Countdown and Death II are also great, too.

  • Unoverfuckable, whatevver that means

  • @norristarse - If there were more Brits like Jarvis, you could pass for a likable nation..

  • good morning...!

  • Grand video for the greatest band.

    Marvelous stuff!

  • its true love is blind, its the only reason jarvis hasnt found me yet :)

  • Me atrevo a decir que va en camino de convertirse en el John Lennon de nuestros tiempos, version hedonista...

    Todo un maestro Jarvis

  • I love it.

  • I love this song so much that I can't almost tell HOW much. ;) And the video is amazing too.

  • fab

  • markbgooduk, where are you? the party is going on and you're not here??!!

  • Pulp party Now !!!

  • WOW!!! What a brill video!!! Who ever has put this together is a true Pulp fan!!! AMAZING!!! Let's have a Pulp party NOW!!!!

  • good job, Pulp uberfan!

  • Great montage loving it and Love is Blind rocks!

  • Can you tell me where you got the clip that is at 4:12? Please?

  • I recognise that, it's from Acrylic Afternoons live, here on YouTube.

  • oh yes! Smashing work here mate!

  • This has to be by far the best user created music video I've seen on the YouTube. You have a great talent and, obviously, a lot of patience to put all these clips together into a great video for a great song. Thank you!

  • The Lyrics is so touch~ he is a singer for all loser of the world

  • I love the clips you chose! PULP FABULOUS!

  • Hear hear, their early stuff was fuckin ace, I think it was actualy better than their 90s stuff.

  • I love the band's early years, very straightforward, brave and open to anything. Truly, the best band of its time, their massive success in the mid-90's was so deserved. Very artistic... Just great.

  • scream out loud !!! thx for making this fabulous vid! most of his dancing clips match up with the beat of the song.

  • diosssssssss Jarv q cosa mas mona ^^

  • Woooow!

I don't know why I haven't seen this before but is just an amazing vid!, you prove that the dance steps of Jarvis are goods for every song ...

Thanks for join all those great movements of Mr. Cocker ;)

  • The opening of this song reminds me of Blur's "Sunday, Sunday" beat...

  • LOVE HIM!!!

    Great video:)

  • This? Is fabulous.

Would you mind if I put it in a blog? The Jarvis love should be spread. ;o)

  • ha sure go ahead ;)

  • God

  • THE MAN!

But what is that from, at 1.26-27, where he's tied up in a chair?

  • this is hardcore video

  • Thankyooo.

  • hahah that was sooo cute esp. the end lol.

  • I love this song. Thank you so much for this video. It's great.

  • Love this! Makes me think of an old Crack the Sky song..."He's a dancer, and he sparkles and he shines..."

Britpop88 - your creativity and Pulp love has made my day! Thank you!!

  • Thanks, Jarvis!

the young Pulp...love is blind!!! That´s true...and the mane of the butcher is "Love" itself!!!

  • my hymn for several years. honestly, I have forgotten of Pulp a little at that time (but in vain).

    excellent tribute

  • wow it fits perfectly with the song. it must have taken a lot of time!! awesome!!

  • lol it did take a bit of time but it was time well spent studying jarv's sexy movements instead of enzymatic reactions

  • What course are you taking that involves enzymatic reactions? I recently had the final exam for my first med school class. It never ceases to amaze me how many science people enjoy great music!

  • i'm taking a course on drugs and the brain right now. it's part of a requirement. i really hate science, or studying it at least - it's not my thing.

  • Good Lord, neuropharmacology sounds pretty advanced for a science requirement! It's painful doing nothing but tons of memorization. Best of luck to you (and your brain)!

  • @Britpop88 so ur a chemistry student like bez?

  • @cvpickens science is so cool

  • AMAZING.

  • amazing! i own all pulps albums except seperations and masters of the universe :/ must get them!

  • super cool! simply love that song, well the whole album. Maybe the best album of the decade.

    Oh yeah Jarvis can move!

  • Well done!!

Pulp didn't have a video for this song?

And it's one of three best off Separations, in my opinion, after Death II and Countdown.

Jarv have those amazing and unique movements, love his dancing! Particularly his jumps when song culminates! :))

  • No, they never made a video for this song, although I think a few live versions of it exist, but I've never been able to find them. I agree, those are the top three songs off Separations for me, too! Great album.

  • I'd like to hear those songs live versions. So, if you ever find them... :)

And I miss Pulp so much! Is there any chance for their reunion? Ever? :((

I mean, Jarvis solo is great, but Pulp was something unrepeatable.

  • Of course, of course...:)

I think the latest analogy I heard/read Jarvis use regarding a Pulp reunion was a dormant volcano - surprise explosions do occur. ;)

  • Hope you're right.

Where did you hear/read that? Cause every time he was asked about Pulp's future, he was indefinite, saying that there's no point in that at the moment.

  • Have you ever heard of the site vLes? He did an internet chat type thing with that site (as part of promoting Oxfam America) a few months ago, and people submitted questions to ask him.

  • No, I haven't. But I've just found a part of that Q&A thing. Thanks!

  • I agree, "Separations" and "His'n'hers" are the best Pulp albums. Superior to "Different Class" in my view. I wish I could get the "His'n'hers" Deluxe Edition ...

  • You are my new favorite person

    =D

    This was amazing!

  • brilliant song, matchs that of his'n'hers and different class greatness, thanks for making this video, love it. Seperations the album is the beginning of pulps great music that they are famous for

  • Ace!

  • Haha, what video is that where the balloon pops on him at the end?

  • Party Hard :)

  • yes i love this song, one of pulps best!!!

  • Thank you for uploading this! I have had my Jarv fix for the day. :0)

    -Roxy

  • You did such a great job with this video! Some of the clips I've never seen before. There's so much awesome Jarv dancing!

  • Thanks! Haha yeah there is!

  • great edit!!

his movements are unique and sexy.

  • haha they sure are!!!

  • Oh! This song is so great! Thanks! Nice tribute to Jarvis.

  • i fucking love pulp and thanks 4 uploading this cos ive heard no songs from separations.. but im going to have to get a copy of the album from somewhere!

  • Yeah, get Separations! It's one of my favorite Pulp albums, it's sort of a transitional album, I guess, I really enjoy it.

  • cool.. cant wait to get it, i love his n hers.. i hope they rejoice soon..

  • ordered the album! shud get it in a week! cant wait lol

  • Cool, enjoy it! :)

  • Do you know The Auteurs ?

  • Yeah, I have heard some of their stuff, but I'm not overly familiar with them.

  • What stuff have you heard ? I mostly like their first album, 'New Wave', and some songs of the second album. Afterwards, i didn't really kept track of what they did. But 'New Wave' is really good, with cello, piano, upon melodies reminding me of the Beatles. And what about Big Star ? And a band called Montage ?

  • Yeah, New Wave, I've heard stuff from that, Bailed Out...I haven't really listened to them too much, though...I have never heard of those last two bands. =/

  • Thank you so much for uploading this song, one of my favorites by Pulp and in music in general. I remember the year 1993 when i discovered Separations, thaks to Les Inrockuptibles magazine in France. After that, they became famous even in France and the world, and my classmates were into His And Hers, but i wasn't as much so it was kind of an awkward situation, like me 'What you know Pulp ? What do you think about Love Is Blind ?' Them, 'What song is that ?' When alternative becomes mainstream.

  • You couldnt upload that black and white performance of Death II could you?

  • Unfortunately, no. That is only a small clip of it taken from another clip that can be found here on Youtube called Pulp on Fashion. I wish I had it! Sorry! =/

  • lurve it xx

  • That was really good! Ah, he's had some moments, hasn't he? I love him :)

  • :o) that was good!
