Maybe felicias not dead and this scene will make bigger sense, I'm sure these writters wouldnt do anything that plain for season 7 cause it ended too soon
Season 7 was so disjointed. We got these glimpses of what was to be prospectively amazing story lines and then they just vanished. This is a good example of how it seemed like the writers either didn't have a plan for what was going to happen or didn't even bother to watch the previous episodes. Why didn't Felicia convince Karen to cook for Paul and be a part of the poisoning scheme instead of Susan. This would have set it up perfectly. Susan doesn't cook well, remember? It's in the pilot.
@badmouthsadmouth I thought exacly the same about Susan! In the first season it is said that she is the worst cook ever, and that is shown during other seasons when her family always eats take-out, and now SUDDENLY she can cook everything: soup, salad, lasagna, cookies, etc.
As for this scene, I also find it "unneccesary", and obviosly the producers just had to come up with a few minutes of Karen McCluskey to show on the screen...
Maybe the most useless moment of the show: We expected Karen be part of something big in the season finale, but in the end... Nothing! Felicia's dead, Paul's back in jail, and this moment would have been worth NOTHING! Epic fail.
@KanyeGagaManson Completely agree. I was so excited by this scene, thinking it was going to lead into something spectacular, and like you said, we got nothing. What did this scene accomplish? The fact that now we know that Karen knew what Felicia did all along? Who cares? I also felt the climax to the whole Felicia/Paul storyline was completely unsatisfying.
Sorry for the rant, but I had to say it when I saw your comment!
